Ihre Aufgaben
- You manage the strategy, roadmap, and development of our tools. Your work aligns with the business, cross-functional teams, data science, and engineering
- Overseeing our engineering team, you drive the timely delivery of high-quality software. You maintain a balance between innovation and continuous improvement. Keeping track of the business impact of your products, you leverage KPIs and metrics to structure processes, identify optimizations, and prioritize your backlog
- Evaluating business requirements critically, you propose improvements based on business understanding, technical insights, and user feedback
Ihr Profil
- Your technical expertise comes from a university degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or business economics
- Having worked as a product manager or owner for a new internal tool in an agile environment, you bring valuable experience. Exposure to startups, tech companies, or product owner consulting is a plus
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools, including Jira and Confluence, enables you to work efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities allow you to take a data-driven approach to decision-making and product performance measurement
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership help you navigate the dynamic challenges that come with responsibility and trust
- You confidently challenge both business and data scientists/engineers to ensure the best outcomes
