Technical Security Assessor (m/f/d) temporary employment

In this position, you will assess cloud infrastructure and security configurations, helping to ensure the secure operation and continuous development of a modern technology platform. You will make architectural decisions regarding deployment, scalability, security and data privacy, while working closely with the technical team to implement effective security measures. In addition, you will review infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices to embed security and compliance throughout the development lifecycle. • Employment under a temporary employment contract (Employee Leasing)
• Initial contract duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension and permanent employment
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday
• Remote work by arrangement
• International working environment with English as the working language
• Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
• Collaboration within a technical team of 6 people

• Assess cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure and GCP, including security configurations
• Define secure platform architecture and make decisions regarding operations, deployment and scalability
• Implement security measures in collaboration with the technical team
• Review Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices and technical integrations
• Ensure security and compliance throughout the software development lifecycle
• Identify security gaps and recommend improvements to cloud infrastructure and automation processes

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in cloud infrastructure, IT security or a comparable technical role
• Good knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly AWS and GCP, as well as GitHub
• Understanding of cloud security, CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Ideally, experience with Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation
• Good command of English and a proactive, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
